The Ford Dental Group Membership Club is designed to be an affordable alternative to traditional dental insurance. Whether you are retired, a student, self-employed, or just don’t have access to a group dental plan, we want to help you invest in your dental health. Our three membership options have low monthly fees that cover all of your preventative treatment (cleaning, x-rays, and exams) for the year. Additionally, the dental membership plan entitles you to receive discounts on any additional services we provide at Ford Dental Group.
Our Membership Club is perfect for patients who pay out of pocket, offering discounted rates for routine treatments and making dental care more accessible and affordable. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect from our membership plans:
Child Membership (12 years & younger) – $43/month, $199 Lifetime Activation
- Professional dental cleanings (2/year)
- Doctor exams (1-2/year)
- Needed x-rays*
- One emergency exam per year (if needed)
- Fluoride treatment
- 15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
Adult Membership (13 years & older) – $56/month, $199 Lifetime Activation

Perio Membership (Members with periodontal disease) – $79/month, $199 Lifetime Activation
